What to Prepare Before Starting IVF

• Pre-Screening: Complete required viral screenings (HIV, Hepatitis B/C, Syphilis) and foundational fertility tests (AMH, Semen Analysis) either in your home country or upon arrival.
• Lifestyle Optimization: Begin taking prenatal vitamins (like Folic Acid), maintain a balanced diet, stop smoking, and minimize alcohol consumption at least 2–3 months before treatment.
• Mental & Logistical Preparation: Prepare for a stay of approximately 3 to 4 weeks in Thailand, and plan for a relaxed, stress-free environment during your cycle.
