Expiration Date of E-Coupon:

1. The E-Coupon is valid until 31 December 2026.
2. If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to deny service access, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded.
3. This health check package can be ordered until 31 December 2026.
